The future of Real Estate
Although many real estate agents will not admit it, technology has reduced many labor intensive, time consuming tasks that agents would have undertaken ten or twenty years ago. We at Foster & Company realize that while our client representation, counsel, and advice are invaluable in a home sales transaction, we can not justify charging excessive rates in this day and age. With the changes that technology has made, we came to the realization that an agent should not make an exorbitantly larger commission just because a client is buying or selling a more expensive home. For this reason, we felt it is necessary to provide a type of service of which no one else is willing. This service gives expert, first-class service at reasonable commissions, period.
