Client Rollback Commitment

Our “Client Rollback Commitment” is just as it sounds. We rollback excessive commissions and return the savings not only to home sellers, but to home buyers. We don’t believe that a real estate agent should charge a considerably higher fee when selling a $500,000 home than when selling a $100,000 home. For this reason, we have created a unique sliding scale that decreases our commission percentage while the price of a home increases. This scale allows our commissions to remain at consistent, fair levels and passes on significant savings to our clients at closing.

How it works
Although real estate commissions are not at a fixed rate, a typical transaction has the home seller paying an average of 6% commission with 3% going to the seller’s agent and 3% going to the buyer’s agent. In our program, when we are the listing agent, we will reduce our commission for the home seller. When we represent the home buyer, we will give part of our commission that we received from the seller, back to the buyer.

Our program is real and not a gimmick that we use to trick clients into using our services.
